Pillar C - Representations of home(s)

Within the framework of the Collaborative Research Center, it is sensible and necessary to combine the question of model-forming representational processes with the question of phenomena and practices. In this way, the phenomenological-semantic and practical-action-guiding perspectives on home(s) of pillars A and B are productively complemented by the representational-aesthetic perspectives of pillar C. The seven sub-projects gathered in Pillar C accordingly investigate medial and material manifestations of Home(s) from the early modern period to the present.
