Central tasks of the CRC
Subproject Z acts as a support in managing finances and human resources, the development of research programs, as well as reporting and proposal matters.
Tasks
The management located in subproject Z consists of research and administrative coordinators. They support CRC leadership and board in all matters. Internal and external communication, coordinating internal committees, research seminars and work groups, inter- and trans-disciplinary events, accompanying public presentation of results, caring for guest scientist, as well as the support and the implementation of measures for supporting scientist in the early stages of their career and matters of equality all belong to the central tasks. Additionally, the postdoctoral researcher Esther Dubke (musicology) is part of subproject Z. Her appointment is financed through funds provided by the speakers budget.
